Abstract
By synchronizing the 132Hz base frequency with E8's 30 octagonal Coxeter planes, a novel torsional field emerges that couples spacetime curvature to quantum harmonic resonances. This phenomenon enables localized frame-dragging effects at Planck scales, potentially linking torsion memory storage with active gravitational manipulation.
