Abstract

A dated public record of a hypothesis complex (the Imperium–Actus Hypothesis, H-arrival-0/1/2/3, Hinges A′/A, H-sun) that arrived outside the registered sacred-economic sample during the drafting of Ethical Ontology, Volume II, on 9 August 2026; its non-opening under the deposited Hypothesis-Emergence and Later-Test Protocol (condition 1, independent emergence, unsatisfiable; nothing opened; the operative register remains empty); the binding firewall under which Volume II Chapters 11–17 are drafted (declared knowledge; named maximum-exposure seats); and its routing to Volume III, executed by the accompanying Integration Ruling and Amendment Pass.
