SICC Framework: Phase 16 Cosmological Informational Architecture Hypothesis

Open access0 citations

Abstract

This paper presents the Phase 16 Cosmological Informational Architecture, a theoretical framework that replaces standard cosmological models with strictly informational physics. By defining the universe as a geometrically and thermodynamically finite 3D containment manifold, the system operates within an absolute maximum entropy capacity of 10^{122} bits and an anchored informational mass of 1.5 \times 10^{53} \text{ kg}. The framework discards infinite spatial expansion in favor of state-vector propagation and decentralized deep void incubation mechanics. Under this architecture, unformatted informational-energy is routed through 4D ER=EPR micro-wormholes to deep cosmic voids, where it accumulates until reaching the localized Bekenstein-Hawking bound. This localized saturation triggers a spontaneous geometric collapse into baseline dark matter topology, generating new structural nodes and instantly reversing negative radial lensing. Ultimately, this closed thermodynamic paradigm mathematically reconciles standard model paradoxes—including the non-radiative nature of dark matter, the 600 km/s dipole equilibrium shift, and the separation of the Bullet Cluster—by treating them as the mandatory processing mechanics of a dynamic, finite metric.
