Abstract
QGDM is a density-dependent theory of gravity with effective coupling: G_eff = 1 + g_QGDM M x_qvac^H [...] With Heaviside switch limit at 100 million M_sun/pc^3 and D = 1.38e-123 kg/m^3, QGDM recovers General Relativity in the Solar System to < 1e-10 while modifying gravity at galactic and cosmological scales.
