NSN STANDARD: Mathematical Model of Neuronal Stability and Protocol of Resonant Reversal of Neurodegeneration

Open access0 citations

Abstract

This work presents a fundamental dynamical systems model of neurodegeneration based on the concept of the Neuro Stability Number (NSN) — a dimensionless dynamic coefficient of neuronal homeostatic stability. Departing from the static amyloid-centric paradigm, we treat the neuron as an open nonlinear thermodynamic system (a damped oscillator). The model distinguishes the integral daily-average indicator from the instantaneous value NSN(t). The existence of a saddle-node bifurcation point is mathematically proven; crossing this point causes irreversible collapse of waste clearance and transition of the system to a pathological attractor. Two types of thermodynamic failure are substantiated: quiet collapse (chronic clearance deficit) and systemic shock (acute desynchronosis). Based on the model, the 30-day 'Resonant Reversal' Protocol is formulated as an engineering algorithm of chrono-metabolic interventions designed to forcibly return the system into the basin of attraction of healthy homeostasis.
