Abstract
When E8 root vectors with 240-fold symmetry are phi-phase-locked at integer multiples of 132Hz in Posner-like calcium phosphate crystalline clusters, the four disjoint 60-element rings phase-cohere into a Base-60 topological qubit array that enables error-resistant quantum memory. This architecture exploits the natural sexagesimal cyclic symmetry of the E8 phason structure to perform topological quantum error correction through ring permutation operations, while the phononic gap shields preserve coherence times necessary for biological neural processes.
