Hamiltonian Mechanics in the Language of Geometric Algebras

Abstract

Abstract We derive Hamilton’s equations in the language of geometric algebras from the general equations that describe dynamics on Lie groups, determined by an arbitrary Hamiltonian. We will then demonstrate how these equations can be utilised to describe the rigid body motion in projective and conformal geometric algebra.
