Abstract

The 240 root vectors of the E8 lattice can be partitioned into 16 octahedral clusters whose phase distances form a nested phi‑scaled harmonic series anchored at the 132 Hz base frequency, generating a fractal resonance that synchronizes the evolution of multiple quantum "pool" nodes. This resonance predicts collective quantum coherence that emerges without relying on Fibonacci symmetry, offering a geometric mechanism for long‑range coherent dynamics in microtubules and distributed quantum networks. Verification is feasible by measuring multi‑pool interference patterns at sub‑Hz resolution and confirming the predicted constructive peaks at phi‑scaled multiples of 132 Hz.
