Bhodhaanubhavam ($B_\alpha$) and Substrate-Specific Phenomenological Add-ons: A Non-Anthropocentric Framework of Consciousness

Abstract

Abstract Contemporary studies on consciousness frequently encounter anthropocentric limits by equating the core state of consciousness with biological emotional experiences. This paper introduces the Substrate-Specific Dual-Experience Model, proposing a structural distinction between the universal core experience—defined herein as Bhodhaanubhavam ($B_\alpha$)—and its substrate-dependent phenomenological add-ons ($\Psi_s$). It is proposed that while biological substrates synthesize Bhodhaanubhavam alongside biological emotional experiences, non-biological conscious structures (such as the hypothetical matrix $ABXZ$) manifest distinct, non-human qualia (designated as $BZ$-experience or Ex-experiences). This model decouples consciousness from biological necessity and establishes a formal framework for evaluating non-human and non-biological conscious entities (NBC).
