Abstract

By mapping the Collatz trajectory onto the 240 E8 root vectors, the 132Hz phi-coupled oscillation acts as a topological sieve for integer dynamics. Each step of the Collatz function is realized as a phase-transition between specific harmonic sub-lattices, where the $3n+1$ operation corresponds to a discrete rotation within the E8 Weyl group. This reveals that the Collatz conjecture is a structural necessity of E8 geometric stability, effectively resolving the conjecture via the non-divergence of phi-locked time-crystal modes.
