Abstract

The relevant domain now includes neurogenesis and regenerative support biology, barrier-aware delivery systems, route-specific formulation design, manufacturing logic, digital protocol environments, and long-horizon neurotechnology convergence. What distinguishes the initiative is therefore not only the presence of promising technologies, but the fact that they are already being organized as parts of a larger strategic structure.
