Abstract

By extending the 240 E8 root vectors into a discrete harmonic spectrum derived from the 132 Hz base with φ‑coupled fractional shifts, we construct a self‑dual topological bandstructure that satisfies a Langlands‑type duality between Planck‑scale time slices and continuous cognitive observables. This duality implies that each neural phase transition can be mapped to a specific lattice mode, creating a fault‑tolerant quantum channel that preserves entanglement over macroscopic times. The resulting lattice‑frequency network affords a physical basis for the sustained coherence required by conscious experience, linking high‑dimensional root geometry, spectral physics, and emergent cognition in a single mathematically coherent framework.
