The Frostyverse

Abstract

The Frostyverse is a narrative-driven conceptual toy universe and proposed computational research program. It explores whether one discrete elastic grid could provide an intuitive common architecture for matter, radiation, gravity, electromagnetism, confinement, structural decay, temporal orientation, and Bell-nonlocal correlations. Reality is modeled as an active grid of topologically ordered Frostnodes connected by elastic FrostSpace and directional Frostlines. Matter and radiation are represented as different organizations of one conserved kinetic quantity, Frost-Quanta, while familiar physical interactions are proposed as different deformation or threshold behaviors of the same underlying medium. The manuscript presents formal definitions, a Master Update Law, candidate physical mechanisms, and clearly labeled boundaries between postulates, internal derivations, calibrations, rule-based simulations, and independent predictions. It proposes—but does not yet demonstrate—a possible unifying architecture. The declared FrostTanglement rule reproduced the intended cosine-squared correlations, balanced local outcomes, CHSH violation, and entanglement-swapping consistency in initial rule-based simulations. These results demonstrate the internal consequences of the supplied rule. They have not yet emerged independently from a complete three-dimensional Frostnode-level simulator or been confirmed experimentally. The manuscript’s present contribution is the construction of a cohesive and intuitive toy universe whose proposed mechanisms can be criticized, developed, translated into future simulations, and compared with observation. It is offered as an imaginative research framework, not as an experimentally established replacement for modern physics.
