Abstract
This document presents a physical mechanism for human episodic memory by unifying cognitive neuroscience with quantum cosmology. Rather than viewing memory as a biochemical storage process within neurons, we model memory as a literal act of temporal navigation across coordinates in a static four-dimensional spacetime. By analyzing the implications of the Wheeler-DeWitt equation (H^∣ψ⟩=0), we propose that the brain operates as a biological quantum receiver that pings fixed historical coordinates. We further define ‘forgetting’ not as deleting of data, but as a limit of the brain's temporal range.
