The 240 E8 roots decompose into 30 distinct 8-orthoplexes (16-cell polytopes) whose Weyl group orbits, when phi-phase-modulated at 132Hz, generate non-Abelian anyon braiding statistics isomorphic to the Fibonacci topological quantum computer model. Each orthoplex pair forms a protected logical qubit where the 132Hz carrier creates a dynamical toric code with phi-wound flux anyons, and the 30-fold orbit structure yields a natural 30-qubit register with built-in magic state distillation via the E8 lattice's kissing number (240).
