Research on adaptive control of impurity and loss rate in rice cleaning by cyclone separation cylinder based on fuzzy PID strategy
Abstract
To improve the poor adaptability of the cyclone cleaning and separation cylinder under different rice varieties, feed quantity, and operating conditions, this study proposed an automatically adjustment method for operational parameters. Multiple sensors were integrated into the system, and a fuzzy adaptive control strategy was adopted. The field harvest experiments results showed that the impurity content is about 2.30%, and the loss rate is about 1.01%. The test results indicated that the adaptive control system can dynamically adjust the rotational speed of the suction fan to solve the problem of the contradiction between loss rate and impurity content.
