Relational Search 0.1 — External Witness Release: Cold-Use Starter Pack and Internal Candidate-Sweep Closure

Abstract

This companion archive marks the transition of Relational Search 0.1 from internal validation to independent external use. It contains: the frozen Relational Search Operator Specification 0.1 for cold use; an External Witness Starter Pack instructing independent users to preserve both successes and failures without builder coaching; a frozen closure record for three post-specification candidate ablations (C1–C3); the authoritative published Spec 0.1 archive for provenance; checksums and release notes. The C1–C3 candidate tests did not justify any new substantive operator rule. Each candidate tied the unchanged Spec 0.1 control at 20/20 and remains preserved only as clarificatory or audit vocabulary. The next evidentiary question is whether a person arriving cold can use or audit the frozen operator without the builders standing beside them to interpret it. External first-use records should be frozen before any builder explanation or repair. No claim of superiority over strong ordinary reasoning is made.
