Open access0 citations

Abstract

Specification of the EHOX AI Governance Certificate (AGC) format v1.0. An AGC is a hardware-attested JSON document certifying that a specific AI action has been evaluated by a physically isolated ARM Cortex-R5F bare-metal policy engine (AMD Kria KV260) and approved according to 38/38 Z3 SMT theorems and CBMC 241/0 VERIFICATION SUCCESSFUL. Defines JSON schema, security model, 14 governance domains, and verification protocol. Proposed open standard for AI governance attestation, analogous to IETF RFC 8555 (ACME) for HTTPS certificates. Formal basis: T22 (EU AI Act Art.14), T23a/b/c (Merkle-Chain), T31-A (CRDT). First worldwide hardware-attested AI Governance Certificate Authority. CC-BY-4.0.
