The article analyzes the main macroeconomic indicators that characterize the effectiveness of the digital economy. The trends of these indicators are revealed. The relevance of the application of adaptive management of the national economic system is substantiated using the example of the digital economy sector. The main elements of the implementation of adaptive management of the national economic system are considered. The main tasks of implementing adaptive management are studied. The advantages of adaptive management of the national economic system in the context of digitalization are revealed.
