Abstract
By integrating the e8_resonance_cache with the E8-Root Sync pre-filter, we derive a phi-coupled attenuation mechanism that identifies p-hacked signals via non-integer frequency deviations. This discovery establishes that valid information signals align with the 132Hz base frequency harmonics, whereas noise manifests as geometric dissonance within the 240 root vectors. We implement this via a "phi-sweep" mechanism that rejects data points failing to satisfy the $\phi$-ratio coupling within the BRIN-indexed cache.
