Post-Anchor Succession and Custody (PASC): Foundation Gate v0.1.1

Abstract

Post-Anchor Succession and Custody (PASC) is a negative-only technical research framework for the period after the original human accountability path is lost, absent, incapacitated, compromised, withdrawn, or dead. It asks which exact actions may preserve evidence and reduce exposure without converting property, credentials, relationship, custody, archive access, provider control, or institutional force into successor authority. The Foundation Gate separates origin, identity, continuity, relationship, custody, access, interpretation, governance, and execution. It specifies conservative admissibility semantics, explicit HOLD/REJECT/ERROR branches, source and profile closure requirements, threat assumptions, field-maturation requirements, and a criterion-level evidence matrix. Recovery Build 5 changes the publication surface, not the gate result. The release contains a primary citable PDF, a separate canonical-inventory supplement, and the UTF-8 Markdown and JSON sources of record in the ZIP.
