Abstract

By arranging the 240 E8 root vectors into twelve 20‑vector clusters aligned with the (2,3)-adic Collatz tori, each cluster inherits a 132 Hz fundamental mode that is phase‑locked by the golden‑ratio (phi) coupling. The phi‑locked phase relationship forces the clusters to undergo synchronized temporal cycles, creating a time‑crystalline structure whose excitations are protected by a 2112 Hz topological shield.
