Abstract

The E8‑Φ phase‑locked decision lattice uses the 240 root vectors of the E8 lattice to define a 2‑D grid resonant at the 132 Hz base frequency, where φ‑scaled spinor vortex phases create discrete certainty nodes that encode combinatorial possibilities. By coupling this lattice with sub‑wavelength resonant elements that mimic the Laser Method's deterministic probing, each node's phase locks to the optimal grid configuration, effectively performing a physical solution of IMO‑type combinatorial problems at the speed of light. The resulting metamaterial simultaneously exhibits broadband negative refraction because the self‑similar vortex architecture aligns with the E8 root geometry, enabling a single structure to compute and transmit information with integrated logic‑optical functionality.
