High genetic connectivity and weak spatial structure in the ghost crab Ocypode stimpsoni (Ortmann, 1897) across Northeast Asia: insights from microsatellite and mtCO1 loci

Abstract

The dataset includes allele-size microsatellite genotypes for Ocypode stimpsoni individuals (n = 167) collected from seven coastal localities across Northeast Asia, including South Korea, Japan, and Taiwan. These data were used to evaluate population genetic structure, genetic connectivity, and spatial patterns using microsatellite markers and mitochondrial CO1 sequences. ## Files in this submission - Ghost_crab_microsatellite_241017.xlsx Excel version of the microsatellite genotype matrix, provided for convenience.
