Reframes the three polyvagal states as three worlds of time: sympathetic as the compressed future, dorsal as the foreclosed future, and ventral as the lengthened present — the exhale in which the durational read becomes possible. Extends polyvagal theory into Temporal Somatics. Paper III in the series.
