Metabolites of Citri Grandis Exocarpium from Different Origins and Aging Times

Abstract

To elucidate the chemical basis underlying the "Geo-authenticity" (quality differences based on geographical origin) and aging process of Citri Grandis Exocarpium (CGE), we performed an untargeted metabolomics analysis using UHPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS.
