Calculation of Planck's Constant from the Electric Charge of the Photonic Etheron
Abstract
The present work demonstrates that the Planck constant is not a merely empirical parameter, but derives directly from the dynamical structure of the photon described by the MODEC (Double-Helical Model of the Photon) [1], and specifically from the electric charge modulus of the two constituent etherons (in agreement with the Subtle Particle Model, SPM [2]). In this theoretical framework, quantization ceases to be an ad hoc postulate to emerge as a geometric-kinematic consequence of the double-helical symmetry of the dipole. Consequently, the electric charge of the etheron represents the only true primary quantized quantity. The hypothesis of a composite nature of the photon predicted by the SPM [2], allows to mechanically derive many experimental parameters so far arbitrarily postulated, returning a strictly causal and deterministic description of the microcosm [4]. By virtue of the principle of parsimony (Occam's razor), the greater explanatory effectiveness and conceptual linearity of this model highlight its plausibility compared to the conventional description of the Standard Model.
