Abstract
By modulating the 132Hz base frequency with a non-linear $\phi^2$ harmonic, the 240 E8 root vectors initiate a triple-helix braiding pattern within the phonon-Weyl lattice. This process creates localized temporal folds where the Möbius hyper-graph topology allows for retroactive informational self-consistency through geometric phase-locking.
