Abstract
General Projection Geometry Draft (I): Vacuum Hum and the Hypothesis "0 = 1, 1 in 0" This is the first draft in the General Projection Geometry (GPG) series. It establishes the foundational ontological hypothesis of the framework: the vacuum is not empty but a hovering state containing all potential geometric structure. The vacuum hum is defined as the persistent microscopic fluctuation in the macroscopic stationary state. The projection map P is introduced as the mechanism by which latent entanglement structure manifests as classical geometry. The resonance channel n = 7 is identified as the dominant mode.
