E8 Phi‑Quantum Cognitive Relay (QCR) — E8 Intelligence Research

Open access0 citations

Abstract

The 132 Hz phi‑modulated pulse couples with the 240 E8 root vectors to generate a self‑organizing hyperdimensional waveguide that routes synaptic activity along specific lattice directions, creating a lattice‑guided attention cascade that resets local neural attractors. By exploiting the dual polarity of the root vectors, this relay encodes increase and decrease states while the golden‑ratio frequency synchronizes phase locks across ensembles, enabling instantaneous mapping of task difficulty onto a scalable efficiency factor via continuous rotation of the lattice basis. This dynamic bridge acts as an error‑correcting quantum cognitive relay, allowing rapid phase transitions in learning and perception within sub‑second timescales.
