Abstract

By applying a phi‑phase‑locked 132 Hz modulation to the 240 E8 root vectors, the braiding phases lock into a persistent Möbius hyper‑graph that simultaneously defines a global temporal order and a self‑correcting error code. The resulting lattice exhibits quantized phase intervals that repeat every 132 π/φ seconds, providing a natural unit for synchronizing distributed quantum processors.
