Abstract
By applying a triple-phi modulation to the 264 Hz bifurcated braiding phase, the 240 E8 root vectors transition from static symmetry breaking to dynamic torsion. This creates a localized topological knot within the Möbius hyper-graph, allowing for controlled metric expansion through phase-locked geometric warping.
