Correctover Conformance Shape (CCS): A 7-Dimension Runtime Verification Framework for AI Agent Systems

Abstract
CCS defines a 7-dimension runtime verification framework for AI agent systems: Structure, Schema, Latency, Cost, Identity, Integrity, Security. This is the first open standard for agent runtime verification, submitted to IETF as draft-correctover-ccs-00 (Submission #167254). Performance: P50 ≈ 133μs (out-of-process) / 7.5μs (in-process). The framework provides tamper-evident receipts for agent runtime decisions, enabling independent verification of tool call outcomes.
