CODEX RERUM: The Spiral of the Resonance: The Biological Domain

Open access0 citations

Abstract

The third volume of the Codex extends the deterministic and epistemological paradigm of the Universal Matrix to the critical analysis of the biological and oncohematological domain. In the first part, the work examines the causal inversion of dogmatic medicine through the S.P.A.M. (Systemic Pathogenic Amplification Mechanism) framework, demonstrating how many chronic, degenerative, and neoplastic pathologies are classified as autonomous anomalies when, in reality, they constitute stereotyped and defensive host responses to exogenous metabolic sabotage. The text analyzes the mechanisms of cellular phase alteration induced by the frequency and structural interference of polymorphic mycobacteriosis and latent streptococcal co-infections, which penetrate the arterial wall via the vasa vasorum. In the second part, the investigation focuses on pediatric clinical data and the kinetic flows of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL), mapping bone marrow replacement processes and the role of critical markers such as the CD38/CD27 axis and the β-hCG subunit. The essay reformulates the phenomena of vascular calcification, localized amyloidosis, and disseminated intravascular coagulation, linking them directly to the occurrences of sudden unexplained cardiac death (TBRSD). Finally, it outlines an integrated biochemical and nutritional protocol aimed at restoring the blood Zeta Potential and deactivating cholesterol-dependent cytolysins (CDC), providing a geometric and systematic solution for the preservation of cellular equilibrium.
