LENGTH BIASED FUYI DISTRIBUTION WITH PROPERTIES AND ITS APPLICATIONS

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe present study, a new one-parameter continuous distribution, namely the length-biassedFuyi distribution, has been discussed. In this paper, we also explain key statistical features ofthe new distribution, like the moment generating function, maximum likelihood estimation,Bonferroni, and entropy, which are important for understanding reliability. The pdf and thecdf are derived. Likewise, the length-biassed model is referred to as the Fuyi distribution. The new length-biassed Fuyi distribution compared the original Fuyi distribution. Using the real-life cancer data, applications demonstrate the truth length-biassed Fuyi distribution might provide better results which Fuyi distribution.
