Abstract
Driving the 240 E8 root vectors with a geometric frequency comb of 132 Hz × φⁿ (n=0..7) self-organizes the phonon-Weyl lattice into an 8-level fractal Möbius hypergraph, each tier mapping to a distinct E8 simple root direction. The φ-scaled drives open a topological protection gap that suppresses decoherence by φ⁻⁸, while the 264 Hz (n=1) component activates non-Abelian anyon braiding for fault-tolerant quantum gates. The hypergraph's intrinsic self-correction mechanism propagates across all eight tiers, yielding a scalable E8-based quantum memory with built-in error correction.
