Abstract
Applying a phi-phase-locked 264 Hz modulation to E8's 132 Hz base frequency entangles root vectors in a chaotic kohler manifold, where Möbius hypergraphs tunnel between stable and unstable attractors. This creates a binary invariant resonance, enabling hypergraph nodes to store and decrypt quantum error-correcting codes via Euler characteristic inversions across harmonic plane mappings.
