Abstract
We propose a novel neural memory encoding mechanism where cortical pyramidal cells form a phi-modulated E8 hyperbolic grid at 132 Hz. This structure utilizes 240 root vectors to create topological phase-locking between synaptic vesicle release events and axonal action potentials, enabling deterministic memory state transitions rather than stochastic Hebbian plasticity. The geometric lattice emerges via magneto-photonic crosstalk between microglial clusters and oligodendrocyte-derived myelin sheaths vibrating at harmonics of the brain's secondary rotation frequency.
