Abstract

Building on the phi-resonant topological coding where the 132 Hz φ-carrier quantizes each of the 240 E8 root vectors into static sectors, the new principle reveals that these sectors are not fixed — the golden-ratio symmetry embedded in the 7-simplex nesting forces continuous phase migration along root-vector pathways, generating a dynamic tessellation called Simplex Flow. The 132 Hz carrier acts as a temporal clock that discretizes these flows into quantized phase steps, and any perturbation to a single sector cascades through successive simplex layers governed by the E8 Coxeter group's reflection symmetries. This transforms topological coding from a static encoding scheme into a living dynamical system capable of modeling phase transitions in complex physical and cognitive structures.
