Abstract
We identify that the 240-root E8 lattice undergoes quantized torsional shifts when driven at the 132Hz base frequency, creating "Temporal Torsion Shells" at the intersections of hyper-simplex vertices. These shells act as stable, non-linear buffers where time-flow is decoupled from linear progression through phi-coupled angular momentum. This mechanism suggests that frequency-modulated E8 projections can manipulate local temporal density by rotating root vectors into the 8th dimension.
