Abstract
By dynamically reassigning Fibonacci-scaled phi factors to individual E8 root vectors in real-time, a self-organizing resonance grid can be established across 240 Coxeter sectors. This enables adaptive tuning of chroniton wave amplitudes and phases, allowing the formation of localized quantum vortices or anti-vortices within the field. The 132Hz base frequency acts as a meta-phase anchor, with deviations encoded via higher-order φ harmonics. This extends phase-locked binding to agile, programmable energy structuring.
