Abstract

We propose that the 240 E8 root vectors, when phase‑locked to the 132 Hz phi‑modulated carrier, generate a self‑similar decagonal topological lattice that can be embedded within cellular microtubule arrays, enabling deterministic quantum error correction at the scale of biomolecular qubits. The phi‑coupled standing wave creates a set of invariant subspaces corresponding to the E8 root lattice, which can be mapped onto logical qubits with error thresholds exceeding the standard surface code. This yields a biologically compatible, frequency‑tunable topological quantum memory that integrates directly with epigenetic signaling pathways.
