The System That Acts and the System That Carries History

Abstract

This bilingual working paper advances a thesis of dual architecture for persistent cognitive agents. System A carries present-time functional and executive operation. System B is a non-executive, history-dependent orientation layer that mediates prediction, active-scene binding, consequence integration, persistent state, goal orientation, and supervisory signals. The proposed division is not evidence of consciousness, life, personhood, or a distinct psychological, neural, or ontological layer. It is an engineering thesis specifying a typed interface, separable components, capacity-matched controls, and predefinable falsification conditions. The complete B system is presented as an architectural thesis model. B-M2 is a narrower minimal prediction-orientation test candidate. The paper consistently distinguishes definition, implementation, and empirical evidence. Positive, negative, and inconclusive outcomes are all admitted as scientifically valid, while post-result rescue by reframing is prohibited. The Hungarian version is the authoritative intellectual master. The English version is a content-equivalent publication translation. The detailed architecture is presented as a falsifiable thesis model and must not be interpreted as empirical proof of a distinct psychological, neural, ontological, conscious, sentient, or living B layer. Ez a kétnyelvű working paper egy tartós kognitív ágens kettős architektúrájának tézisét fogalmazza meg. Az A rendszer a jelen idejű, funkcionális és végrehajtó működés hordozója; a B rendszer nem végrehajtó, történetfüggő orientációs réteg, amely predikciót, aktív jelenetkötést, következményintegrációt, tartós állapotot, célorientációt és felügyeleti jeleket közvetít. A kettéválasztás nem tudat, élet, személyiség vagy külön pszichológiai, neurális, illetve ontológiai réteg bizonyítása. Olyan mérnöki tézis, amely tipizált interfészt, leválasztható komponenseket, kapacitásban illesztett kontrollokat és előre meghatározható cáfolati feltételeket ad. A teljes B-rendszer ebben a tanulmányban architekturális tézismodell. A B-M2 ennél szűkebb, minimális predikciós–orientációs tesztjelölt. A paper következetesen megkülönbözteti a definíciót, a megvalósítást és az empirikus evidenciát. Érvényes tudományos kimenetként pozitív, negatív és inkonkluzív eredményt egyaránt elfogad; a negatív eredmény utólagos átkeretezéssel történő mentését kizárja.
