Abstract

Scope of the Present Work and Future Development of KUT The present paper discusses primarily the physical origin of gravity within the framework of the Kawase Unified Theory (KUT). In General Relativity, gravity is described as the curvature of spacetime produced by mass and energy. In contrast, KUT assumes that the dynamic Φ field is the fundamental physical field existing throughout the universe and defines matter as a coupled structure consisting of a local Φ-deficit and confined internal waves. Gravity is interpreted as the interaction between the Φ-density gradient generated by matter and the Φ-deficit/internal-wave structure of other matter. Accordingly, KUT presents gravity as a physical interaction arising from the properties of the dynamic Φ field rather than as a purely geometrical curvature of space or spacetime. The present paper establishes the conceptual framework of this gravitational model. However, KUT is intended to provide a unified physical framework extending far beyond gravity. Future studies will address the following topics: The physical nature of gravity. A theory of gravity without spacetime curvature. The physical nature of light and the structure of photons. The origin of the speed of light. The physical reason why the observed speed of light is constant. The physical structure and origin of time. The physical mechanism responsible for gravitational time dilation. The physical mechanism responsible for velocity-dependent time dilation. The origin of matter. The physical structure of elementary particles. The physical origin of different elementary particle species. The origin of inertial and gravitational mass. The physical explanation of wave–particle duality. A new physical interpretation of the double-slit experiment. A model of cosmic origin without the Big Bang. The state preceding the birth of the universe. A non-expanding cosmological model. A new physical explanation of cosmological redshift. A cosmology without dark matter. A cosmology without dark energy. A physical explanation of the null result of the Michelson–Morley experiment. A unified physical framework that does not require Quantum Mechanics and General Relativity as separate fundamental theories. The internal physical state of black holes. A physical explanation of the black hole information paradox. A black hole model without singularities. The physical reason why light cannot escape from a black hole. These topics are not presented here as completed theories but rather as the future research program of KUT. Future work will focus on formulating the governing equations of the dynamic Φ field, constructing coupled equations describing matter and the Φ field, deriving the relationship between the speed of light, Φ density, and elastic properties, and establishing mathematical models of the internal resonant structures of elementary particles. These developments aim not only to reproduce established observations but also to provide testable predictions unique to KUT. The ultimate objective of KUT is to provide a unified physical description of gravity, light, time, matter, elementary particles, the origin and evolution of the universe, and black holes based on a single underlying physical entity: the dynamic Φ field.
