Abstract

Academic CV of Daron L. Davis, Independent Scholar and Black Governance Researcher, current as of August 21, 2026. The record documents the Institutional Authority Dynamics research enterprise, five framework manuscripts in the publication program, DOI-backed conceptual and methodological records, thirteen formal public comments across ten federal and three North Carolina proceedings, conference and public-scholarship activity, faculty mentorship and recommendation infrastructure, and an active research-funding pipeline. This version records a material methodological-development milestone: finalization of the Institutional Authority and Governance Dynamics (IAGD 2.3) Framework Application Protocol and Analyst Manual v1.1, establishing a controlled, transparent, auditable, human-executable procedure for framework application. This establishes controlled methodological usability; it does not constitute empirical validation, validated measurement, causal proof, institutional adoption, BGMA activation, or BlackGuard OS implementation. The next research phase is directed toward empirical operationalization, measurement development, comparative institutional research, methodological refinement, mechanism testing, systems science, computational social science, and prospective agent-based modeling.
