A Consulting Method for Operational Process Diagnosis and AI Readiness

Abstract

This document describes the consulting method used to diagnose, assess, and improve operational processes in organizations, together with the standards and methodologies it draws on. The method is organized into three progressive levels — Initial Diagnosis, Maturity Diagnosis, and Process Analysis — followed by two specialized services: an EU AI Act compliance audit and an AI feasibility assessment. The maturity level applies a weighted scoring model across four dimensions. Throughout, the method relies on established references — Business Process Management (BPM) notation, Lean process-improvement tools, the EU Artificial Intelligence Regulation, ISO/IEC 42001, and the NIST AI Risk Management Framework — rather than a proprietary or software-bound methodology.
