Abstract
Abstract The ICQER (Informational Constraints Quantum Event Realism) framework offers a novel, information-centric reinterpretation of cosmology, challenging the traditional view of matter, energy, space, and time as fundamental entities. This volume presents the universe as an emergent, self-organizing network of informational constraints, where all physical phenomena arise from the dynamic propagation and interaction of these constraints. Key cosmological puzzles—including the nature of dark matter and dark energy, the mechanism of cosmic inflation, the formation of large-scale structure, and the behavior of black holes—are reframed as manifestations of constraint dynamics rather than as problems requiring new particles or finely-tuned parameters. The framework provides a unified ontology that bridges quantum events, gravitational interactions, and cosmic evolution, offering a coherent account of the universe's past, present, and future. We derive predictive observational signatures, including distinct patterns in the cosmic microwave background, deviations in gravitational lensing, and anomalous large-scale structure correlations, that can be tested against empirical data. By proposing a paradigm shift from a material to an informational universe, ICQER opens new pathways for reconciling quantum mechanics and general relativity while guiding future cosmological simulations and observations.
