Abstract

The "Death of Peace" in Lamurde Local Government Area: A Theological Reflection on its Resurrection is an original theological preprint that examines the persistent communal conflicts in Lamurde Local Government Area of Adamawa State, Nigeria, from a biblical and theological perspective. The paper explores the causes and consequences of the breakdown of peaceful coexistence and proposes a Christ-centred framework for reconciliation, justice, forgiveness, and sustainable peace. It seeks to contribute to theological scholarship, peacebuilding discourse, and practical Christian engagement in conflict-affected communities.
