Building on the previously published Scale‑Dependent Structural Constant paper, this work expands the analysis to include the full set of CMB structural signatures—ripple geometry, axis‑tilt behavior, Cold Spot morphology, cascade imprinting, and multipole‑range progression. This paper unifies the scale‑dependent constant family with broader CMB features, demonstrating how the same geometric structure governs both early‑universe anisotropies and ripple‑driven modifications to GR expansion.
