B-Core Ω v0.2: The Present Between Trace and Horizon - A Read-Only Telemetry Overlay for Persistent Cognitive Systems

Abstract

Version 0.2 preserves the B-Core Omega v0.1 architecture core and adds a read-only telemetry and evaluation overlay for typed past trace, authorized current frame, and future horizon. A separate deterministic synthetic sandbox supported the named temporal-role/current-binding behavior in its fixed profile. This is not empirical validation of B-Core Omega as a whole and makes no consciousness, personhood, AGI, safety, or deployment claim. No software implementation is included. Evidence is limited to a named deterministic synthetic sandbox profile.
